RETURNS, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Simply Kids, your satisfaction is our top priority. Here’s our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle free experience:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order. A video showing the damaged packaging will be required to initiate the return process.

Expired Products: If you receive an expired product, reach out within 7 days of your order. Please provide a video clearly displaying the expiration date on the packaging.

Spillage: For products affected by spillage during delivery, contact us within 7 days of placing your order. A video showing the spillage and packaging damage will be necessary to start the return.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To request a return, simply follow these steps:

Email our customer support team at  support@simplykids.in within 7 days of your order.

An unboxing video is required to be taken everytime an order is received - and the same needs to be shared with the return request.  Refund and return policy is applicable to only replacement of the returned product - not refund

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Refund or Replacement:

Return and refund will be applicable in scenarios where the product is either expired, packaging is damaged or for product spillage only. 

Once the request is approved, the Return pick up by delivery partner will be attempted within the next 72 working hours excluding Sundays. Refund time would be within 7 working days after the product reaches the warehouse.

An unboxing video is mandatory to be attached with your request.

4. Return Shipping:

In cases of damage, expiration, or spillage, we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you.

Return will be processed in 7 to 15 working days.

5. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note, returns are only accepted for the reasons stated above. We encourage you to review the product details, including ingredients and usage instructions, before making your purchase.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation can be entertained only in cases where the reason for cancellation is genuine and request is made within 24 hours of placing the order with us

Simply Kids reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice and may verify any order before shipping. This could include getting a verbal or written confirmation from you.

Note: Orders can only be cancelled until the 24 hours or ready to ship status whichever is earlier.
